Welcome to Andrew Cooper Golf. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of andrewcoopergolf.com (the Site) and any products, services, courses, communities, or coaching offered by Andrew Cooper Golf (a trading name of ASC Coaching), based at Victoria Golf Club, Cheltenham, Victoria, Australia. By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Andrew Cooper Golf is operated by ASC Coaching, headquartered at Victoria Golf Club, Cheltenham, Victoria. Contact: andrew@andrewcoopergolf.com, +61 468 070 726. Your use of the Site and our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

2. Products and Services

We offer the following:

• The Complete Blueprint: a one-time purchase of US$397 granting lifetime access to a 100+ lesson short game video curriculum, plus 30 days of free Inner Circle community access (US$77/month thereafter unless cancelled).
• The Inner Circle:a recurring subscription of US$77/month, granting access to our private community, weekly live Q&A sessions, peer swing analysis, and ongoing coaching content.
• Private Coaching: in-person 1-on-1 coaching at Victoria Golf Club, by application only and subject to availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a product or create an account. By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 or over.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount and (for subscriptions) any recurring renewals. Customers paying in a non-US currency may incur foreign exchange conversion fees set by their bank or card issuer. ASC Coaching does not control or set those fees. 5. Subscriptions and Cancellations

The Inner Circle subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. To cancel, email andrew@andrewcoopergolf.com and we will process your cancellation within 2 business days. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that date. For Blueprint buyers, the Inner Circle subscription begins after a 30-day free trial and can be cancelled at any time during or after the trial period to avoid further charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, course content, and materials produced by Andrew Cooper Golf are the intellectual property of ASC Coaching. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view this content for your personal golf improvement. You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, share login credentials, or use the content for any commercial purpose. Content you post inside the Inner Circle community (including swing videos, written posts, and comments) remains your property. By posting, you grant ASC Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and use that content for the purpose of providing coaching feedback and operating the Inner Circle community.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with anyone
• Post abusive, harmful, or off-topic content in the Inner Circle community
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, copy, or distribute paid content without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these Terms, without refund.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Golf improvement depends on many factors including individual effort, practice frequency, and existing skill level. While our methodology is proven and tested, we make no guarantees about specific score improvements or handicap changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Andrew Cooper Golf and ASC Coaching are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
