Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for products and services offered by Andrew Cooper Golf (a trading name of ASC Coaching). It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing any product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The terms below set out the specific refund and cancellation rules for each of our products. Nothing in this Policy limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement (see Section 6).

2. The Complete Blueprint ($397, one-time purchase)

The Blueprint is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Blueprint for any reason, email andrew@andrewcoopergolf.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund of the $397 purchase price.

After the 30-day window has passed, the Blueprint purchase is non-refundable.

If you request a refund of the Blueprint, your bundled access to the Inner Circle community will also end. You will not be billed any further $77/month subscription charges.

3. The Inner Circle ($77/month subscription)

You can cancel your Inner Circle subscription at any time by emailing andrew@andrewcoopergolf.com. We will process your cancellation within 2 business days.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to the community and live Q&A sessions until that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

If you are a Blueprint buyer, the Inner Circle subscription begins after a 30-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial period at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed $77/month on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Private Coaching (in-person, by application)

Private coaching lessons are scheduled in advance and reserve Andrew's time at Victoria Golf Club.

You may reschedule a confirmed lesson free of charge if you give us at least 48 hours' notice by emailing andrew@andrewcoopergolf.com.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson will forfeit the lesson fee.

If Andrew needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson on his end, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled lesson at no additional cost.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund and cancellation requests must be sent by email to andrew@andrewcoopergolf.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at purchase
  • The product you are requesting a refund or cancellation for
  • The date of your original purchase

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement. If our products or services have a major fault, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy as required by law.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you have a legitimate refund claim, please contact us first at andrew@andrewcoopergolf.com. We respond within 2 business days and resolve almost all requests directly. Filing a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may delay the resolution of your claim and may result in suspension of your account access.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent change. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
