Andrew Cooper Golf (a trading name of ASC Coaching, Andrew Scott Cooper, ABN 33 480 281 735, based at Victoria Golf Club, Cheltenham, Victoria, Australia) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. By using andrewcoopergolf.com (the Site) or purchasing any product, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Contact details you provide directly, including your name, email address, and phone number, when you opt in to our free crash course, apply for private coaching, or purchase a product.
• Payment information collected by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers ourselves. Stripe stores payment data under their own security standards and Privacy Policy.
• Swing videos and contact details submitted via the public swing review form at /swing-review. This form is publicly accessible and does not require an account. Anyone can submit a video. Videos are stored securely in our Supabase storage bucket and are accessible only to Andrew and his team. We retain swing review submissions for as long as they are needed to provide feedback, and delete them on request. To request deletion, email andrew@andrewcoopergolf.com.
• Content you submit inside the Inner Circle community, including swing videos, written posts, and comments.
• Technical information automatically collected when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Deliver the products and services you purchased (course access, community access, coaching feedback).
• Send you product-related emails, including welcome emails, course delivery, and billing notifications.
• Send you marketing emails about Andrew Cooper Golf products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
• Respond to your support requests and coaching inquiries.
• Improve the Site and our coaching content.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following service providers, all of whom are bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

• Stripe (payment processing).
• Supabase (account authentication, database, and secure file and video storage).
• Cloudflare (video streaming and content delivery).
• Resend (transactional and marketing email delivery).
• Vercel (website hosting).
• Our internal automation infrastructure (used to route data between these services).
• Meta Platforms (advertising analytics, only with your consent). When you accept cookies, the Meta pixel on this Site sends page views and conversion events to Meta. Meta may use this data to measure the performance of our ads and to show you relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• PostHog (web analytics, only with your consent). When you accept cookies, PostHog records page views and anonymised session data so we can understand how the Site is used. Data is processed in the United States under PostHog's Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

4. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, and Vercel, are based in the United States. By using the Site, you understand and consent to your personal information being transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside Australia, including the United States. We rely on the contractual and security commitments of those providers to safeguard your data.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details in Section 10.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar browser storage in two categories. Essential storage (Supabase session cookies) keeps the member area working and cannot be switched off. Advertising and analytics tools (the Meta pixel and PostHog) are loaded only after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can review what each tool does and change your choice at any time on our Cookie Policy page. Declining or later withdrawing consent means neither tool loads; essential cookies continue to work.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights over your personal information:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
• The right to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
• The right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18. The Terms and Conditions require users to be at least 18 to purchase a product or create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Note that the public swing review form at /swing-review does not require an account and therefore has no technical age-verification step. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
